Cancellation

Bookings paid for online that are cancelled, may incur a charge. This charge will be levied at the managements discretion and a minimum cancellation fee in all cases of £5 will be charged however if the reason for cancellation is deemed unreasonable you may lose all your payment.

Payments made online will be processed immediately.
Over/Underpayments
Over payments for journeys are only refundable via the method used to pay. If there is a balance to pay you will be expected to pay the balance in cash at the end of your journey.

Invoice

Invoices will be sent to the customer via the Google Checkout System. If you require an additional Invoice with a breakdown of the service and charges then please ask and we would be happy to oblige.

Quotes
|
Quotes given over the phone or via our website are an approximate price based on conversation or details given by you the customer. In the event that the quote given is incorrect or underestimated we reserve the right to for customers to pay the balance. However as a courtesy to our customers we rarely ask for this. By the same token if the quote at the end of the journey appears to be too high, we will refund some if not all of the balance to you!
